I post on my personal journey sharing the challenges and triumphs of life as a writer, woman, mother, recovering addict and trauma survivor and wife at home, work and play.  I love hearing from my visitors, so if you have any comments please leave them in the comments box after each blog, or if you would like to email me personally please feel free on cynthia@emotionalfitness.com but please ... I ask for your patience with my response as you will note from my events page that I do a great deal of travel with conducting workshops so sometimes it takes me a while to catch up on my emails.

I hope you find something within my archives that massages your heart and provides nourishing food for feeling.  Thanks again for taking the time to visit and I hope to perhaps meet you in person one day.

Warmest regards,
Cynthia J. Morton
